About the Presenters:

Darla Burge has been a long-time caregiver to her husband Dave for over 10 years as well as a registered Nurse. She will give her perspective and give you a peak at solutions that have worked for them during Dave’s journey with ALS.

Karen Wallace will present as an Occupational Therapist and certified Assistive Technology Professional providing skilled-services to Darla and Dave. She also has many valuable adaptions and innovations to share as well.

Whether you have ALS, a family member, friend, or clinician, this presentation may spark some of your own creative solutions to make living with ALS a little easier.
