You are cordially invited to be my guest at a special Luncheon to benefit The ALS Association Evergreen Chapter.  The Evergreen Chapter provides compassionate care for people living with Lou Gehrig’s disease in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska.

I would like ask for your local support to help me fill a table of 8 or more at this important event.

The Luncheon will feature Keynote Speaker and popular Montana physician and ALS patient Dr. Erik Schroeder of Flathead Orthopedic Center in Kalispell, MT.

Our Emcee will be Mark Peterson, Spokane Weatherman and Anchor from KXLY 4.

Our event goal is to raise $30,000 or more to support local Care Services that directly affects those living with ALS in our region.  There is no charge for the meal; however our hope is that you consider a gift of $150 per person or a $12.50 monthly pledge of support over the course of a year to support Patient Care Services. (YES, friends and family donations towards your seat and table all add up!)

Our hope and dream is that together, we can help make a huge impact by our participation and fundraising efforts.  Your investment provides funding for critical in home care services for patients, families and caregivers in our local community, it also can help with funding for much needed advocacy and cutting edge research.
