Donate your unused Gift Cards! We
think this is simply an awesome new way to give to charities. Many of
us get these gift cards and have odd amounts of unspent balances left
over, or maybe we just don't know what we'd purchase with a Cabela card!
Instead of letting them fill up our wallets and gather dust in our
desks, why not put them to good use? Check it out! "Changing lives. One Card at a Time"

Gifts to our Chapter are tax-deductible to
the full extent of the Internal Revenue Code. The ALS Association (ALSA)
is designated by the IRS as a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization,
and can be found in IRS Publication 78 as, "Amyotrophic Lateral
Sclerosis Association," and at http://www.irs.gov/. To find The ALS Association, go to the IRS Web site and enter "amyotrophic" in the "Name" search box.

Our Chapter holds special fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for Local Care Services and to fund the advance of cutting-edge research for the treatment and cure of ALS. Thousands of people have participated and the numbers continue to rise as we approach the twelve year mark of our Chapter's inception. Events are our primary source of funding!
Join us in the Spring for our Visualize a World Without ALS Luncheon in Seattle and Spokane. Our DoubleDay Bike Ride is in July in the scenic Skagit Valley. Each Fall we hold our popular Walk to Defeat ALS® in 8 locations. You can always start your own event through One Dollar Difference and we will help you maximize your opportunities. Back to top
