Think
of the young woman who is able to borrow a powerchair at no cost, the
older gentleman who couldn't adequately tell his spouse how much she
meant to him until he received a free communication device. Or the
caregiver who just needed the support of people who knew exactly what
she was going through. Your sponsorship WILL make a difference!
ALS
is a serious disease and we are serious about utilizing donations
wisely. When you sponsor an event, you help to defray the expenses
needed to get the word out and increase our fundraising, thereby making
those dollars go farther to support our patients with ALS.
Whether
through financial cash contributions, cause-related marketing programs,
or in-kind product service/donations, The ALS Association Evergreen
Chapter is eager to explore new and innovative partnerships. Many
value-packed options are available at various levels on a first come,
first served basis and are tailored to suit your marketing and
communication objectives and budget. Customization of additional
benefits to meet philanthropic needs of your corporate partnership is
also available by contacting the Evergreen Chapter Office at
866-786-7257.

Our Events in a nutshell:
|
|
— Held each Spring in Seattle and Spokane, our Visualize...a world without ALS Luncheons bring
together our friends and associates in the community and our members
who have a connection with Lou Gehrig's disease. These midday events in a
beautiful hotel setting feature prominent guest speakers, inspiring
patient stories and opportunities to network.
|
|
— Our DoubleDay Bike Ride is
a truly unique and thoroughly Northwestern experience. Bikers from all
over the region meet together each summer in Mount Vernon to ride the 85
mile two day circuit through the beautiful Skagit Valley. This
outstanding event has grown by leaps and bounds in the twelve years it's
been running.
|
|
— The
Walk to Defeat ALS® is the ALS Association's national signature
fundraising event. Each year, over 120,000 people including ALS patients,
families, friends, volunteers, and corporate leaders join together to
raise funds in support of The Association’s cutting-edge research and
community-based patient services programs. Approximately 150 Walks will
be held around the country. The ALS Association Evergreen Chapter will
be hosting 8 walks in the fall located in Washington, Idaho, and
Montana. back to the top
