Our Chapter offers a full range of services to guide and assist you as you learn more about ALS. Here you will find pertinent information for patients, caregivers, family members, friends and healthcare workers. Support Groups
Support Groups provide a safe environment to learn more about ALS, share tips on living with ALS and meet people to walk with you on the journey. The chapter offers support groups for patients, as well as groups specifically for those caregiving for an ALS patient. Equipment Loans

Durable Medical Equipment can be very expensive. The Evergreen Chapter has equipment to loan FREE OF CHARGE to ALS patients. To inquire about available equipment please call:

Augmentative Communications

Home Visits

Many questions about successfully living with ALS can be answered by a visit with one of our Patient Services Staff. Emergency/Disaster Preparedness

We encourage everyone to be prepared in the event of an emergency. Our PALS and families need to take specific precautions that will ensure calm heads prevail if a disaster occurs. Please follow the links below to webpages that spell out in detail every possible thing you can do to be prepared.
