The Evergreen Chapter offers monthly support group meetings in locations across the four states we serve: Washington, Idaho, Montana, & Alaska. Support groups offer a place and time for those living with ALS, their caregivers, families, friends, & loved ones to connect with each other. You are encouraged to join at any time. Meetings often have educational presentations or representatives for resources in the area that are beneficial to those living with the disease as well as a time for experience sharing. Support groups are always free-of-charge and no RSVP is required to attend. For a complete list of support groups see the our monthly calendar (link below).
For questions about support groups, please call us at 1-866-STOP-ALS (786-7257) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For additional information or questions specific to your area support group, please contact your local Care Services Coordinator directly.
To our ALS community,
Your health and safety is always going to be our top priority. Out of an abundance of caution, the ALS Association Evergreen Chapter has restructured our support groups for the upcoming months. In lieu of the in-person groups, groups have gone virtual. All virtual support groups will be hosted on the video conferencing site Zoom. Take a few minutes and sign up for Zoom prior to your first group meeting. After you have signed up, click the calendar link below to find your support group. We are also offering virtual drop-in meetings with a care coordinator, Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. PST. Click this link to join. We will continue to evaluate these and other Chapter events as circumstances change.
Please visit the http://www.alsa.org/ website to stay updated on the ALS Association's response to evolving news surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Thank you for your understanding! Please contact your local care services coordinator if you have any questions or concerns.
